Interim Service Notice

1. Who this applies to

This interim notice describes access to RM-UCIE (the “Service”), operated by RM-UCIE LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). It does not by itself govern access or replace an applicable signed agreement. Accounts are created by invitation from an administrator of your organization; self-service signup is not offered.

2. What RM-UCIE is — and isn’t

The Service provides decision-support information for human review. Outputs are advisory, may be incomplete, and require appropriate independent judgment and approval. They are not a substitute for licensed engineering judgment, regulatory authority, or approvals required by your organization.

The Service is currently offered through controlled evaluations and supervised pilot engagements. Users and their organizations decide whether and how to act on Service outputs.

3. Your account and data

The Service is designed to scope operational data to the applicable organization. Users are responsible for the accuracy and authority of information they submit, for protecting their credentials, and for activity performed through their accounts.

4. Acceptable use

To protect the Service and its users, prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized access or attempted access to another organization’s data.
• Circumventing access, approval, or verification controls.
• Except where applicable law prohibits restriction, reverse engineering or attempting to derive nonpublic implementation details of the Service.
• Storing or processing data that a user is not authorized to share with RM-UCIE.
• Interfering with Service availability or security, including unauthorized automated scraping, load testing, or vulnerability scanning.

5. Confidentiality and ownership

Service materials, software, and third-party components are governed by applicable written agreements and licenses. RM-UCIE LLC does not claim ownership of operational data an organization enters into the Service and does not intentionally use that data to train an RM-UCIE model or share it with other customers without written permission.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is under active development, and features or Service behavior may change. Availability and change-notice commitments, if any, are stated in the applicable signed agreement.

7. Responsibility and liability

The Service provides advisory information for human review. Responsibility and liability are governed by applicable law and any signed agreement. This interim notice does not create a separate limitation of liability.

8. Termination

Ending an engagement is governed by the applicable signed pilot or service agreement. The Company may suspend access when necessary to protect the Service or others, subject to applicable agreements and law.

9. Governing law

Any governing-law provision is stated in the applicable signed agreement. This interim notice does not establish one.
